What it does
- Captures structured fields from inbound WhatsApp messages — price, area, bedrooms, move-in dates.
- Matches new listings with active tenant searches every day, so the agent never misses a viable pair.
- Sends outbound messages through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — the agent stays compliant by default.
- Stores everything in the Google Sheet the agent already trusts as their archive — no new system of record to learn.

Who we share with
We do not sell or rent your information. We use Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, Supabase, and Google Sheets as service providers; their privacy terms apply to data routed through them.
Your rights
Request a copy of your data or request deletion by emailing hello@godmode.my. Opt out of WhatsApp communication by replying STOP to any message.

Service description
God Mode is a CRM-adjacent assistant for Malaysian property agents. It captures leads, matches listings with enquiries, and integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
Acceptable use
No unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy or Malaysian law.
WhatsApp compliance
All outbound messages sent through the service follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. Tansons Capital Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
